About the Project

We have been fortunate enough to work with these clients for over a decade. No strangers to the Riverside neighbourhood they purchased this house just a street over from their last. The house boasts striking features such as soaring ceiling heights, exposed brick walls and handsome windows, but it lacked useful storage and personality. To address these issues, we added custom features including a firewood box in the living room, a banquette in the dining room and custom millwork throughout.

In the kitchen we transformed a basic white setup by cladding the bulkhead in a wood beam, installing a new backsplash to complement the existing counter, and added new hardware and lighting. To further enhance the interior, we adorned the rest of the house with textured linens, cognac leathers, weathered oak finishes and infused it with the clients’ shared love for unique, vintage pieces. The result is a harmonious blend of practicality and aesthetics that perfectly suits the clients’ style and daily needs.
